Pump Street Bakery's flaky, buttery pastries are made by layering French pastry butter with a delicate yeasted dough.

Pump Street Croissants, Pains au Chocolat, Pains aux Raisins and Almond Croissant are all available to pre-order 48 hours or more in advance.

Baked fresh at the bakery in Orford and ready to collect from Aldeburgh by 9am (10am on Sundays).
Please allow at least 48 hours from placing your order to collection.
Pump Street Bakery products are NOT available on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Pump Street Bread is not available for collection in Southwold.

Traditional all butter croissant made by hand by layering a yeasted dough with French butter and rolling into a crescent shape. (Allergens: wheatflour, milk, butter, egg yolk)


Pain au chocolat

Handmade croissant dough with two sticks of Pump Street 60% Ecuador Dark milk chocolate inside. (Allergens: wheatflour, milk, butter, milk powder, egg yolk.)


Pain au Raisin        

Handmade croissant dough brushed with custard and dotted with raisins then rolled and sliced into rounds. (Allergens: wheatflour, milk, butter, milk powder, egg yolk.)


Almond Croissant

Traditional croissant, split in two, dipped in an Armagnac syrup and filled and coated with frangipane then a layer of sliced almonds. (Allergens: wheatflour, milk, butter, almonds, eggs)
