Have you considered including a magnificent cheese centrepiece at your wedding? We would love to see you at the Thorpeness Country Club Wedding Fair on Sunday 16th September from 11am - 3pm to introduce members of the Slate team, share some delicious artisan cheese and discuss your celebrations.
Wedding cheese cakes can be tailored to suit any number of guests, wedding theme and budget. We can include your favourite cheeses and recommend others to create a very special cheeseboard which is balanced in terms of flavours and textures. We suggest providing 70-100g of cheese per guest and including a range of cheeses such as local Cheddar-style Vintage Shipcord; the pretty nettle-covered Cornish Yarg; traditional Colston Bassett Stilton; soft Brie style Baron Bigod from Bungay; and Dorstone, a beautiful little ash-coated goats cheese to sit on the top. We can also help with all the accompaniments: crackers, chutney, chilli jam, nuts and fruit.
